1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 large onion chopped
1 chopped red bell pepper
1/2 head broccoli cut into florets
1 lb. Ground beef
6 oz ramen noodles two packets with seasoning packets discarded.
Salt and pepper to your liking
Sauce
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
2 tsp. sriracha
1 clove minced garlic
1 scallion chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Cook the onions, peppers and broccoli for 5 minutes. Take out of the pan.
Season ground beef with salt and pepper and continue cooking for 5 minutes. Drain the fat and add vegetables to the skillet.
Mix soy sauce, brown sugar and apple cider vinegar together.
Bring water to boil in a large saucepan. Cook the ramen noodles until tender (2 minutes) Drain.
Put cooked ramen noodles in a skillet. Pour sauce over. Mix until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with scallions, and then serve.
