Ingredients 4 boneless chicken breasts around 1 pound or 450g
One cup either Greek yogurt or mayonnaise.
One teaspoon of garlic powder
One cup Parmesan cheese broken
One tsp seasoning salt
½ tsp Black pepper
How to create tender chicken delight?
Cut every chicken breast in three equal pieces first.
Arrange the chicken pieces in a basin and let them marinade in refrigerator overnight.
Set your oven for 375°F (190°C).
Combine in a small bowl mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), half of the Parmesan cheese, black pepper, garlic powder, seasoning salt. Till thoroughly mixed, mix.
Arange the marinated chicken pieces equally on a baking tray.

Cover every chicken breast with the mayonnaise mixture so they are all uniformly covered.
Dust the chicken breasts’ tops with the remaining Parmesan cheese.
Chicken should be cooked thoroughly after 40 to 45 minutes in the preheated oven.
