Basic Requirements:

Crushed pretzels, 2 cups
– Melted unsalted butter, measuring 1/2 cup
– 1/4 cup of sugar, finely ground

As for the coating of caramel:
– 1/2 cup of unsalted butter – 1/4 cup of heavy cream – 1 cup of packed light brown sugar
— half a teaspoon of vanilla essence

Regarding the chocolate garnish:
1-and-a-half cups of chunky semisweet chocolate
For the drizzle, you may optionally add 1/2 cup of white chocolate chips.
Step one: Get the foundation ready by preheating the oven to 350°F, or 175°C. Combine the granulated sugar, melted butter, and crushed pretzels in a bowl. Squeeze the mixture into a greased 9×9-inch baking dish with all your might. Allow to cool after baking for 8 to 10 minutes.

2. Prepare the caramel topping by melting the brown sugar, butter, and heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring the ingredients to a boil while stirring continuously. Thicken by cooking for four to five minutes. Take it off the stove and mix in the vanilla essence. After the pretzel crust has cooled, pour the caramel over top. Put it in the fridge to chill for half an hour.
3. Top with chocolate: In a dish that can be microwaved, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips by heating them for 30 seconds at a time while stirring until smooth. On top of the caramel layer, evenly distribute the melted chocolate. As a finishing touch, you may drizzle some white chocolate over the top.
4.4. Put in the fridge for at least an hour, or until it sets. Enjoy the crunch by cutting into bars!
