Cheesy Bacon Cheeseburger Tater Tot Casserole
Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 small onion, diced
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 can (10.5 oz) cheddar cheese soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
6 strips cooked bacon, crumbled
Salt and pepper, to taste

1️⃣ Preheat the Oven
Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2️⃣ Cook the Beef & Onion
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Add the diced onion and cook for another 3-4 minutes until softened. Season with salt, pepper, and ranch seasoning.

3️⃣ Make the Cheese Sauce
In a separate bowl, mix the cheddar cheese soup with a little water to loosen it. Stir in half of the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese until creamy.
4️⃣ Assemble the Casserole
Spread the cooked beef mixture evenly in a 9×13-inch casserole dish.
Layer the frozen tater tots evenly on top.
Pour the cheesy soup mixture over the tater tots.
Sprinkle with the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
