1. Preheat & Prep
- Preheat your grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Mix Ingredients
- In a large bowl, toss together potatoes, cheddar cheese, bacon, Ranch dressing, salt, and pepper.
3. Assemble Foil Packets
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions.
- Place each portion onto a sheet of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
