Ingredients:
- 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (like Pillsbury Grands)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a blend)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin or line it with paper liners.
- Prepare the Biscuits: Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit slightly with your hands or a rolling pin.
- Assemble the Bombs: Place a small amount of shredded cheese (about 1-2 tablespoons) in the center of each flattened biscuit. If you want extra cheese, you can also add a bit of grated Parmesan.
- Seal the Biscuits: Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit dough around the cheese to form a ball. Pinch the edges together to seal. Make sure the cheese is fully enclosed in the dough.
- Arrange and Season: Place each cheese-filled biscuit ball into the muffin tin. Brush the tops with melted butter, then sprinkle with garlic powder, dried oregano, and paprika if using.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
- Finish and Serve: Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Optionally, garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
These Cheesy Biscuit Bombs are perfect as a snack, appetizer, or side dish. Enjoy!
