Cheesy Ground Beef and Rice Casserole

Ingredients:
– 1 lb ground beef
– 1 cup long-grain white rice, uncooked
– 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
– 1 cup beef broth
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1 medium onion, chopped

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions:
Preheat the Oven:
