• 6 slices of cooked bacon, chopped
• 4 cooked and grated chicken breasts
• 32 oz. Frozen tater tots
• 1⁄2 cup ranch dressing
• 1 cup of milk
• 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
• 3 tablespoons of butter
• 11⁄2 cups grated mild cheddar cheese
• Salt and pepper to taste
STEPS :

Preheat the oven: Preheat to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the bacon: if using raw, cook until crispy

Make sauce: melt butter in a pan. Stir in flour, then gradually whisk in milk until it thickened. Remove from heat and mix in dressing, salt and pepper.

Combine the ingredients: In a bowl, mix the chicken, bacon and half the cheese. Pour the ranch and stir.

Tater Tots: In a 9×13-inch greased baking dish, spread tater tots, then top with chicken mix.

Add cheese: sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.

Bake: Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.

Servings: Allow to cool slightly before serving.
