– 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
– 2 cups fresh spinach
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

### Instructions:
1. Cook the Chicken:
– Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
– In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
– Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
2. Sauté the Vegetables:

4. Add Spinach:
– Stir in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
5. Combine and Serve:
– Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, spooning the creamy sauce over the top.
– Let everything simmer together for a couple of minutes to heat through.
– Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
