Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

°2 cups all-purpose flour

°1 teaspoon baking soda

°Half a teaspoon of salt

°1 cup soft butter

°Half a cup of granulated sugar

°½ cup packed brown sugar

°1 egg

°1 teaspoon vanilla

°2 c semi-sweet chocolate chips

°1 cup coarsely chopped nuts, optional

Methods:

Step 1:

Heat oven to 375 degrees F .

Step 2:

Mix the flour, baking soda and salt in a bowl and set it aside. In another bowl, beat the melted butter and sugar with an electric mixer on medium speed. Check until it is thin while scraping the side of the bowl occasionally.

Step 3:

Beat eggs and vanilla together until smooth. Pour into the flour mixture and stir well. Add chocolate chips and nuts also well.

The fourth step:

Drop the dough into a large, rounded spoon full, spaced 2 inches into the ungreased.

Fifth step:

Leave to bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Allow to cool for 2 minutes, then remove the cookie from the cookie sheet and place on a cooling rack for 30 minutes until completely cooled. You can store it in an airtight container.
