Crispy Cottage Cheese Chips: A High-Protein, Low-Carb Snack
Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese (preferably low-fat)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried herbs (such as oregano or Italian seasoning)
Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
In a medium bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, dried herbs, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Scoop small mounds of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet using a spoon or a small ice cream scoop. Space each about 2 inches apart, and flatten each mound slightly with the back of the spoon.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crispy.
Remove from the oven and let the chips cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
