- 4 cups cooked chicken , shredded or diced (rotisserie chicken works great!)
- 2 cans (10.5 oz each) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese , divided
- 1 box (6 oz) stove-top stuffing mix (or homemade stuffing mix)

Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Preheat & Prep
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) . Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Step 2: Make the Chicken Mixture
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken broth, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until well combined.
