#### Ingredients:
– 3 chicken breasts
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– 1/2 cup flour
– 3 tbsp unsalted butter (or margarine)
– 6 cloves garlic, minced
– 4 tbsp honey
– 2 tbsp soy sauce
– 3 tbsp vinegar (you can use apple cider or rice vinegar)
– 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
#### Instructions:
1. Prep the Chicken:
– Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides. Then, coat them lightly in flour, shaking off any excess.
2. Cook the Chicken:
– In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Once it’s hot, add the chicken breasts and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they’re golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
3. Make the Sauce:
– In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Then, stir in the honey, soy sauce, vinegar, and ground black pepper. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
4. Combine:
– Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it well with the sauce. Let it cook for another minute or two to absorb all those delicious flavors.
5. Serve:
– Slice the chicken and drizzle some extra sauce over the top. It’s great with rice or veggies on the side!
