What You Need to Make the Patties Melts:
beef, ground, 1 pound
Three quarter teaspoons of onion powder and six slices of rye bread
1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder.
Toss with salt and pepper for flavor.
6 Chops of Cheddar
6 pieces of sliced provolone
6 tablespoons of unsalted, melted butter
Use 1/4 cup of mayonnaise for the secret sauce.
2 tablespoons of chopped bacon
3-Tbsp. Sauce
1 teaspoon of sugar.

Instructions
Make three flattened patties out of the meat, shaping them similarly to the bread pieces.
Use the garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper to season the meat on both sides.

Fry the patties until they are no longer pink in the middle, about ten minutes on each side. Take off the heat.
Sauce components should be mixed together and well combined while meat is cooking.
Turn the heat down to medium and wipe out the pan you used to cook the meat.
The bread should be generously butter-coated on one side.
Toast three slices of bread in a pan, butter sides down.
Pile two slices of provolone on top of each piece of bread, then top with a beef patty and two slices of cheddar.
Before placing the remaining pieces of bread sauce-side down on top of the patty that is melting in the pan, brush a little amount of sauce over their non-buttered sides.
Once one side of the bread is well toasted and the provolone has melted, turn the burger over.
Prior to serving, thoroughly toast the other side of the bread.
