Roasted Garlic Idaho Potatoes
Ingredients:
4 large Idaho potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Toss Potatoes: In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Arrange on Baking Sheet: Spread the potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake: Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and tender.
Add Cheese: Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Tips:
