Ingredients:

๐Ÿง€ 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
๐Ÿฅ› 1/2 cup sour cream
๐ŸŒฟ 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

Directions:
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.
Stir in diced tomatoes and taco seasoning. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat evenly.
Stir in sour cream and half of the shredded cheeses until combined.
