Ingredients:
๐ 8 oz spaghetti
๐ฅฉ 1 lb ground beef (or ground turkey)

1 small onion, diced
๐ง 3 garlic cloves, minced

1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
๐ง 1 packet taco seasoning (or 2 tbsp homemade taco seasoning)
๐ง 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
๐ง 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
๐ฅ 1/2 cup sour cream
๐ฟ 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
๐ฅ Optional toppings: diced avocado, sliced jalapeรฑos, black olives
Directions:
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.
Stir in diced tomatoes and taco seasoning. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat evenly.
Stir in sour cream and half of the shredded cheeses until combined.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
Bake at 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with fresh cilantro and optional toppings before serving.
